  2. - Warm large flour tortilla in foil.
  3. - Rinse black beans; cook rice or use leftover.
  4. - Dice tomato and onion; mash avocado.
  5. - Mix spices: cumin, chili, garlic powder, onion powder.
  6. COOKING STEPS
  7. 1. Heat oil in skillet; sauté diced onion and minced garlic 1 min. Add ground beef; brown 5 min, crumbling.
  8. 2. Stir tomato paste and spice mix; cook 2 min. Salt and pepper to taste.
