Ingredients

  • 1 lb gluten‑free turkey sausage (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 zucchini (chunks), 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  2. - Slice turkey sausage; dice onion; mince garlic.
  3. - Chop zucchini and slice mushrooms.
  4. - Rinse cannellini beans; shred Parmesan; chiffonade basil.
  5. COOKING STEPS
  6. 1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium; brown sausage 3 min.
  7. 2. Add onion and garlic; cook 2 min until fragrant.
  8. 3. Stir in zucchini and mushrooms; sauté 4 min until edges color.
