Ingredients
- 1 lb gluten‑free turkey sausage (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic
- 1 zucchini (chunks), 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 14 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, 1 tsp oregano
