Instructions

  2. - Slice chicken breast; season salt, pepper.
  3. - Grate 1 cup Parmesan; mince garlic; warm cream.
  4. - Boil large pot salted water for fettuccine.
  5. COOKING STEPS
  6. 1. Cook pasta until al dente; reserve ½ c water; drain.
  7. 2. Pan-sear chicken in 1 Tbsp butter 5 min until cooked; remove.
  8. 3. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in pan; sauté garlic 30 sec. Pour 1 c cream; simmer 2 min.
  9. 4. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth; thin with pasta water if needed. Return chicken and pasta; toss 1 min.
  10. 5. Serve immediately, topping with extra cheese and parsley.
